Studies show that it takes at least 21 days to form a new habit. HABITat makes it easy for you to form new habits by providing you with a fun and interactive way to work towards your goals!
Add a new goal and select your reward in the form of a cute avatar that will hang out in your HABITat while you work towards your goal! You can keep track of up to 6 goals simultaneously.
Your goal can be anything you like, for instance, “Run 10 miles”, “Swim 5 times”, “Study 20 hours”, etc. On the add goal screen, you simply enter the name of the goal you want to track, use the “+” button to increase the number, and then select your unit of measurement. After this, you can click on the “select” button to select your avatar to appear in your HABITat. Then simply save your goal and you are all set!
Whenever you do something that aligns with one of your goals, simply go to your goal list and click on the “+” button to next to the goal to increase your progress. Once you complete a goal, you will be notified that the goal has been completed and the goal will then move to the list of completed goals, where you can look back and see all of the progress you have made!
